These Terms of Service govern the use of aurumregene.com and purchases made from Aurum Regene. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

1. Store operator
This website is operated under the Aurum Regene brand by AURUM REGENE SDN. BHD., SSM Registration No. 202201028325 (1474022-A), with its business address at 36, Jalan Jati 1, Taman Nusa Bestari, 79150 Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.

2. Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete account, billing and delivery information.

3. Products and information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, sizes and colours accurately. Screen settings, lighting and packaging updates may cause minor visual differences that do not affect product identity or quality.
Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product or correct an obvious description or pricing error.

4. Pricing, charges and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. The full amount payable, including applicable shipping charges, taxes and other charges collected by us, will be shown before checkout is completed.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization. Payment services may be provided by approved third-party payment providers under their own terms and security controls.

5. Orders, acknowledgement and corrections
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance remains subject to payment, stock availability and order verification.
You can review and correct information before submitting an order. If an error is discovered after confirmation, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct it before dispatch.
We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, there is a clear pricing error, or fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.

6. Shipping
Processing times, delivery estimates, courier arrangements and delivery charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

8. Skincare use and individual results
Product information is provided for general cosmetic and skincare purposes and is not medical advice. Results vary according to skin type, condition, routine and other individual factors.
Read all labels and directions before use. Perform a patch test before first use, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and seek professional advice where appropriate. Do not use a product where there is a known allergy to an ingredient.

9. Prohibited use
You must not use the website or its content to:
- violate any applicable law or the rights of another person;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- introduce malware, interfere with website security or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
- resell products as an authorized Aurum Regene seller without written approval.

The Aurum Regene name, logos, product presentation, photographs, graphics, copy and website content are owned by or licensed to Aurum Regene. They may not be copied, adapted, distributed or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law.

The website may use or link to third-party payment, delivery, analytics or social platforms. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services, although this does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on us for your order.

12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurum Regene is not liable for indirect or
consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees.

13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable
data-protection requirements. Shopify and approved service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, fulfil orders and provide payment or delivery services.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the place of delivery remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version applying to an order is the version published when that order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
